Today we make a stand in a small way that will hopefully make a difference. We’re taking a stand with the many other hairdressing salons that have made the decision to stop providing ‘gossip’ mags to our guests while you are having your hair done with us at Infiniti Hair Design.
As I’m sure you will agree, after the recent and constant tear downs of The Duchess of Sussex and the horrible news about Caroline Flack, the unfair press and utter negativity of the ‘gossip’ mags is unhealthy and damaging to so many. They promote so much negativity, fat shaming, shaming celebrities for looking like every day people, criticizing every lump, bump and wrinkle and so much more.
From now on we will only be supplying positive reading materials which embody personal growth, health, décor, food, fashion, hair inspiration and wellbeing. It is of course your personal preference should you choose to read a gossip magazine, please feel free to bring your own to read in salon if you prefer.
We are aware that there is still so much negativity online and on social media and this small step will not stop online trolling and nasty comments however we do believe that this small step can make a big difference to the mental health of our guests and our staff.

Before booking, please be aware of our online cancellation policy:
We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to you. If you have any issues changing this appointment online, please call the salon on 54382243 and we will be more then happy to assist you.
Any cancellations that occur within the 24 hour period may result in a cancelled booking fee being applied (which will be equal to the value of the service for that booking which had been made and subsequently cancelled).
Any guests who make a booking and subsequently fail to present for their designated appointment (and have not contacted the salon to cancel their appointment), may result in a cancelled booking fee being applied (which will be equal to the value of the service for that booking which had been made and subsequently not attended to).
Infiniti Hair Design do not issue refunds for cancelled appointments.

Length Guide
When booking, please be aware of our length guide.
Short hair is to the ears.
Medium hair is from the ears to the shoulders.
Long hair is touching the shoulders to the shoulder blade.
Extra long hair is from the shoulder blade down.
Price will vary depending on the length and thickness of your hair. If you think you’ve not booked for the correct length, don’t stress, we always give you a full quote prior to commencing any service.
